India is a land of festivals, where every occasion is filled with colors, devotion, music, dance, and deep philosophical meaning. Among these festivals, Navratri holds a special place. The word Navratri itself means “nine nights.” For nine nights and ten days, devotees across the country worship the divine feminine energy, which is seen as the source of life, strength, wisdom, and protection. But Navratri is not only about religious rituals; it is a festival that symbolizes the eternal victory of truth over falsehood, light over darkness, and righteousness over injustice. At its heart, Navratri is a celebration of Shakti—the divine energy that sustains the universe. This energy is revered in different forms, primarily as Goddess Durga, who is believed to manifest in nine forms during these nine days. Each form represents a unique quality, from innocence and nurturing power to courage and ultimate wisdom. By worshipping these forms, devotees not only express devotion but als...

Workshop on How to control diabetes with Yoga?
The WHO also estimates that 80% of diabetes deaths occur in low and middle-income countries and projects that such deaths will double between 2016 -2030. It has been further estimated that the global burden of type-2 diabetes is expected to increase to 438 million by 2030 from 285 million people (recorded in 2010). Similarly, for India, this increase is estimated to be 58% from 51 million in 2010 to 87 million in 2030.- With Corona hitting the entire world badly, what do you think diabetes will do? Diabetes will be more prevalent in the coming days, months, and years due to a lack of physical activities. These numbers were estimated when there was no corona. When people were living their normal life. However, Corona changed the entire world and the "new normal is being at home". Do everything online, shop online, work online, study online, and blah blah.. All the things go online! Now what do you think, these numbers are going to remain the same? It will change dramatically. Especially in India, where most of us are still not too concerned about our physical and mental health unless there is a major challenge. Remember diabetes doesn't come alone. It starts inviting other health issues as well.
- It is therefore significant to take well care of yourself. It was more than 95000 corona positive cases in India on 17th Sept 2020 and rising. So it's still not safe to go out even when the government is opening all the activities due to the financial crisis.
- It has become even more important that you start doing yoga. It is recommended to do live online Yoga Classes initially. You can join our workshop on diabetes on the 4th of October at 5pm.

In the vast tradition of yoga, every gesture, breath, and posture has a deeper meaning that goes beyond physical health. Among the many subtle yet transformative practices, Shunya Mudra holds a unique space. Known as the Mudra of Silence or Mudra of Emptiness, it is often associated with the vastness of space, the stillness within, and the healing of auditory imbalances. At Dhairya Yoga, where ancient practices are blended with modern needs, Shunya Mudra is embraced not only as a therapeutic tool for ear-related issues but also as a practice of inner quietude and spiritual depth. What is Shunya Mudra? The word “Shunya” in Sanskrit means emptiness, void, or zero. It represents the space element (Akasha Mahabhuta) in yogic philosophy. Just as the universe is sustained by space, our bodies and minds too are governed by this element. When the balance of the space element is disturbed, it often manifests as problems with hearing, ear discomfort, vertigo, or even a restless mind....
